i think i really suck at driving. and my instructor isn't doing me any good cus she ruins my self-belief when she keeps shouting at me and saying that i'm slow and dun have good judgement. i do admit i'm bad at multi-tasking hence i suck at manual but today's really bad cus she was saying how good the student before me is.. telling me stuff like how she lost her dad and now works as a tutor to pay for her uni fees and what a good girl she is.. like come on, do i need to noe all these while i'm half asleep at 10am listening to her loud voice at every single mistake i make?

just got back from lunch with dare and the rain's making me all moody
i thought alot about stuff on the way home and just felt so.. hmm i can't really find the word to describe it.. it's like suppressed, uncontented and with loads of questions together..

when we did bible study today about the carnal self, and the part about finding life aimless and inability to understand himself. it just struck me cus tt's the way i've been feeling..
i really need to turn back.. i can't go on like this..

and i wonder what is it going to be like in combined cell,something just feels kinda odd..

i need some cheering up. maybe ben and jerry's will do the trick..

i got dragged down to the bball court by jean so i spent the whole of yday morning playing bball.
2 reasons why i went down
1. there weren't anyone playing
2. i needed some form of exercise before the ambitious stan chart 10km run/walk

so we headed down with may too and initially it was just throwing the ball into what i feel is a lousy basket and me running round in circles whenever the ball got in..
but there was this 2 little girls sitting across the court watching us play so after some time i decided to ask them to play with us.. so they joined us and suggested we play full court. just 5 of us playing full court.. i was like whhaaatttt

i went with the flow of running to and fro which must have greatly improved my shuttle run and then 2 more boys came and joined us.. then 1 of them called his friend and another 2 pro boys came and joined us.. soon there was 10 of us with me towering over the rest. naturally i was made captain of 1 of the teams..

seriously i still can't believe i played bball with primary school kids and to think that 3 of them are so so much better than me.. height is just redundant when u can't exactly shoot.. 2 of the boys who look like small frys were like from school team and they were awe-dropping pro. one of them is already a true blue ah beng.

since the guys were so pro and outnumbered us girls, the girls gradually fell out to the spectators bench to watch much to the delight of the ah beng who referred to us as cha bors
to cut the whole long story short, the 2 little girls with us followed us home when we went back and so we had to invite them in and entertain them with uno stacko despite me having anatomy today

today the 2 of them, luping and adrene came again and disrupted my intense revision.. if i fail, it's all their fault.

i never felt old in my life until yday.. the di dis and all thought i was in sec 3 or 4 cus i was wearing jean's ilovetemasek shirt.. imagine their faces when i said i finished jc.. their faces spelt the word "old".

guess what i feel much better since my last post. it didn't affect me like i thought it would. yay

i hardly get pissed or rather i don't stay pissed at something for more than a day but today i've just had it
why make me go down all the way for something when in the end i didn't get it
i asked and you told me that it's already CONFIRMED and now, i didn't even get it
i told you i'm having exams and yet i made a 1hr journey, no 2 hrs in total, although i felt that it was totally redundant and see now what.

and my tee from the80stees spree is like lost in the mail? it's been mailed like 2 weeks ago and obviously Singapore's not that big for it to take so long to arrive right? and now what u the organiser is telling me that it's not in your control to make sure it arrives.. then whose control isit under anyway? me? when i paid everything up on time and waited like ever so patiently without flaring up. and now i've seriously had it.. i dun think i can pay for something and then shrug it off when it goes missing in the mail.

this yr's parade was pretty different and i love*3 it! i dun understand how it can get jolene bored and sleepy though when i felt so captivated throughout the parade. but i managed to wake her up when she got my hair stuck to the I LOVE AKIRA fan..
if i had bought hair insurance i wld have gotten a substantial payout
but, life is fair.. for getting my hair stuck, her akira fan is now dysfunctional haha.
i love fireworks but the inner budding environmentalist in me cringe at the pollution it gives off (jolene's proud of me right?? )

met up with sumei today after 217367868623 days to watch secret by jay chou and it's definitely worth the weekend ticket price. i expected some cheesy plot but no it wasn't, so being a easily contented movie-goer, i'll give it 4 out of 5 popcorns!!

bus 5 is the best SBS gift to my estate because it can get sumei to my house then to orchard in 30 mins (non-jam days) but still, the journey seemed pretty long so we amused ourselves with what girls do second-best


we took a long walk to cine and found that crepes and cream is back! it's definitely missed by us since its bugis days
